About Me

It is with great pleasure that I introduce myself to you!

My name is Eileen Hay and I am a Deakin University graduate, qualified with a Masters Degree in Child Play Therapy. I am very proud to be a local Geelong resident offering therapeutic support and services through my business Mind Sparkle.  

​

Prior to entering the therapy field, I spent over 15 years in the education field as a primary school teacher and leader. I spent the past 3 years (2021-2024) situated within a primary school setting as a therapist and Mental Health and Wellbeing Leader. This role was unique and diverse and allowed me to work work alongside children, parents, families, teachers, leadership and whole school networks

With a strong foundation in both education and psychotherapy, I bring a unique blend of experience, knowledge, and practice to support children and families. This fusion empowers me to advocate for each child's holistic development, ensuring they thrive across all areas of their lives—at home, in child education settings, and within the therapeutic environment.​
